Mashed potato flakes vegan

Savoury fluffy puree with fine butter flavour for preparing mashed potatoes and potato dough or for thickening.

Without major allergens! Without added flavour enhancers! Suitable for vegetarian diet!

Specification:
Pale yellow flakes. Sealed under protective athmosphere!

Application:
For the preparation of mashed potatoes and potatopastries. Also used to thicken stews.

Ingredients:
Potatoes, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, sodium metabisulfite* [contains sulphites]), turmeric.
* Offered ready for consumption product not declared.
** Without additional substances with allergenic potential according to the current version of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 Annex II (sodium metabisulphite) in ready to eat product below 10 ppm, therefore no allergenic potential)
