White Sauce cold swelling
White sauce base made of vegetable fat for a great variety of sauces (herbs, mustard, horse raddish, etc.).
Cold swelling: suitable for cold and hot preparation! Free from main allergens! Free from added flavour enhancers!
Light powder to prepare a fine white sauce.
Palm oil, modified starch, maltodextrin, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), yeast extract, seasoning, fructose, thickener (guar gum, xanthan), flavours, onion juice powder, stabilizer (diphosphates).
