White Sauce Base low-sodium

Vegan white sauce base for a great variety of sauces.

In case of potassium deficiency, especially in case of renal insufficiency, use only after consulting a doctor. 100 ml of ready sauce contain 115 mg of potassium!

Specification:
Mixture of fine constituents to prepare a basic white sauce.

Application:
To produce a low-sodium white basic sauce and for a variety of sauces (herbs, mustard, etc.).

Ingredients:
Palm oil, modified starch, rice flour, dry glucose syrup, yeast extract, maltodextrin, flavoring, salt substitutes (potassium chloride), seasoning, thickener (xanthan gum, guar gum), acidifying agent (lactic acid), iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), nutmeg extract.
**no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
° no flavour enhancers, colourings and preservatives, sulfite, antioxidant and sweeteners with effect in the finished product, therefore does not require labeling in Germany on menus.
