Veloté Granulate

White sauce base for the creation of a great variety of sauces (herbs, mustard, horseradish, etc.). Creamy texture with a slight mushroom note, completed with flavours of turmeric and vinegar.

Free from main allergens! Free from added flavour enhancers!

Specification:
White granulate, which rgives a delicious velouté.

Application:
To produce a velouté and a lot of variety of sauces (herbs, mustard, etc.).

Ingredients:
Palm oil, modified starch, rice flour, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), sugar, yeast extract, seasoning, thickener (xanthan gum), flavours, mushroom powder, acidifying agent (tartaric acid), nutmeg extract.
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
