Duck Sauce Culinarium

Tasty dark sauce with a complex mix of flavors of caramel, red wine, honey, tomato and duck meat, underlined by fine herbs like marjoram and rosemary.

Free from added flavour enhancers! Free from main allergens!

Description:
Fine grained uniformly light brown powder which gives a delicious jus to duck  in the preparation.

Ingredients:
Modified starch, maltodextrin, palm fat, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), caramel, yeast extract, chicken fat, red wine powder, honey powder, tomato powder, flavours, duck powder (0,83%) (salt, antioxidant E320 * E310 *), toast onion powder, acidifying agent (tartaric acid), marjoram, rosemary, antioxidant (rosemary extract) *.
* No technological function in the prepared product, therefore the labeling of additives on menus (acc. §9 ZZulV) is not required.
* No added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
