Fine grained uniformly light brown powder which gives a delicious jus to duck in the preparation.
Modified starch, maltodextrin, palm fat, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), caramel, yeast extract, chicken fat, red wine powder, honey powder, tomato powder, flavours, duck powder (0,83%) (salt, antioxidant E320 * E310 *), toast onion powder, acidifying agent (tartaric acid), marjoram, rosemary, antioxidant (rosemary extract) *.
* No technological function in the prepared product, therefore the labeling of additives on menus (acc. §9 ZZulV) is not required.
* No added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
