Cheese wizzard

Creamy sauce with a spicy cheddar flavour, perfect for pasta and to gratinate vegetables and meat.

Specification:
Pale yellow powder that results in a bound cheese soup / sauce.

Application:
To produce cheese soups and sauces. Accompaniment to meat, pasta, etc.

Ingredients:
Modified starch, palm fat, cheese powder (14.5%) (contains molten salt [sodium phosphates, polyphosphates]), iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), cream powder (8%), flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), wheat flour, lactose, sugar , seasoning (soy), flavours, onion, stabilizer (polyphosphates), milk protein, acidity regulator (citric acid), coloring (pepper extract), spices, antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, alpha-tocopherol).
