Potato Cream Soup enriched

LIFELINE cream soups are enriched with minerals such as zinc and iodine. It contains inulin as a soluble dietary fiber and cellulose as an insoluble dietary fiber.

One portion (200 ml) gives 340 kcal!

Specification:
Fine pale yellow powder for preparing a savory potato cream soup. Serving as a source of fiber (> 1.5 g fiber / 100 kcal).

Field of use:
To produce a high-calorie potato cream soup.

Preparation:
Stir powder according to volume table in the required amount of boiling water. The soup is ready to serve immediately.

Applications:
Wherever a high energy in liquid (high number of calories in small portions) is required.

Ingredients:
Palm fat, maltodextrin, dietary fiber (cellulose, inulin), modified potato starch, potato flakes (33%) [potato, emulsifier (E471), stabilizer (diphosphates), antioxidants ** (E304, E223 [contains sulphites]), turmeric], iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), yeast extract, seasoning, sugar, stabilizer (diphosphates), flavouring, food colouring (pumpkin concentrate), vitamin and mineral blend (vitamin B1, folic acid, zinc sulfate, potassium iodate), coloring turmeric extract, thickener (xanthan gum).
* Without additional substances with allergenic potential according to the current version of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 Annex II (E223 in the product ready product below 10 ppm, therefore no allergenic potential)
** No technological function in the prepared product, therefore the labeling of additives on menus (acc. §9 ZZulV) is not required.
