Nutritious milk soup with mild sweet vanilla flavour, which is perfect for enrichment with the LIFELINE builder system!

Cold preparation:
Stir powder according to volume table in cold water. Stir with a whisk for larger quantities. Swell 5 minutes and stir again. Then within 90 min. freeze to 2-5 ° C.
At this temperature, the product can be stored for 3 days. Heating possible in the combi steamer, pot or bainmarie (at min. 72 ° C).

Hot preparation:
Stir powder vigorously with a whisk in 80 ° C hot water, swell 5 minutes and stir again.

Ingredients:
Whole milk powder (46,3%) (emulsifier [soy lecithin]), sugar, modified starch, maltodextrin, thickener (xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose), flavouring, food coloring (concentrate from pumpkin), coloring turmeric extract, Bourbon vanilla seeds (0,05%).
