This powder mixture with garlic and Mediterranean herbs is an ideal base for dipping sauces. The finished sauce suits well with grilled meats or vegetables or as a dip sauce to raw food .

Maltodextrin, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), modified starch, herbs (3.5 %) (freeze- dried oregano, freeze dried basil,
freeze dried thyme, parsley), garlic powder (3 %), spring onions, flavour, freeze-dried onions, acidity regulator (sodium diacetate), yeast extract, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulator (citric acid).
