Curry-Mango ready-to-serve dip sauce

Ready-to-serve fruity dip sauce of pureed mangos, completed with a spicy curry mix.

TIP: Ideal for refining spicy poultry salads. For seasoning dishes. The sauce can be added directly.

Ingredients:
Water, canola oil, mango puree (5 %), apricot puree, sugar, white wine vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape juice), modified starch, pineapple juice concentrate, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), curry powder (turmeric, coriander, fenugreek seeds, pepper, cumin, ginger, black pepper, chilies, cloves) (1,2%) seasoning, onion powder, flavourings, acidifying agent (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium sorbate).
* Without additional substances with allergenic potential according to the current version of Regulation ( EU ) 1169/2011 Annex II .
