The classic amongst Austrian desserts, irresistable fluffy consistence due to a high amount of eggs, without raisins.

Ready mix without raisins!

Application:
For producing an original Austrian Kaiserschmarrn. Can also be used for making omelets or pancakes.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, sugar, dry egg powder (12.2%), dry milk powder (emulsifier [soy lecithin]), baking soda (baking agent E450, E500), palm fat, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate).
