Crème Bavaroise

Bavarian Creame or Crème Bavaroise is a classic dessert of the Haute Cuisine. To be refined at one‘s option with fruits, syrup, chocolate, liqueur etc. or suitable as base recipe for a great variety of classic desserts.

Specification:
Bright powder to prepare a fluffy Crème Bavaroise.

Application:
The base mixture is suitable for the production of Crème Bavaroise. The cream canalso be used as a filling cream such as pies and cakes.

Ingredients:
Sugar, gelatin, palm oil, dextrose, dried glucose syrup, modified starch, maltodextrin, flavourings, milk protein, colouring vegetable concentrate (pumpkin concentrate), thickener (xanthan gum), emulsifier (acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
° no flavour enhancers, colorings and preservatives, sulfite, antioxidant and sweeteners with effect in the finished product, therefore does not require labeling on menus in Germany .
