Application:
Mozart cream dessert vanilla flavor is suitable for producing applyable vanilla cream. Mozart cream dessert vanilla flavour can be used as a filling cream (for example, cream puffs, cakes)

Ingredients:
Sugar, modified starch, palm oil, dried glucose syrup, thickener (carrageenan, xanthan), food colouring (concentrate from pumpkin), milk protein, flavours, acidity regulator (diphosphates, sodium phosphates, calcium lactate), emulsifier (acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
