Cream Dessert Stracciatella

A sophisticated flavour bouquet of rum, chocolate and cinnamon make this fluffy dessert cream a special delight.

Application:
Mozart cream dessert stracciatella suitable for producing applyable stracciatella cream. Mozart cream dessert stracciatella can also be used as a filling cream (for example, cream puffs, cakes)

Ingredients:
Sugar, modified starch, palm oil, chocolate chips (8.9%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavour, emulsifier (soy lecithin), dry glucose syrup, thickener, carrageenan,xanthan) flavours,  milk protein, emulsifier (acetic acid ester of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
