Cream Dessert Chocolate

Rich and fluffy cream dessert with a pleasantly tart cocoanote, refined with fine, specially processed chocolate pieces.

Brown powder, for preparing a fluffy chocolate cream.

Application:
Mozart cream dessert chocolate is suitable for producing applyable chocolate cream. Mozart cream dessert chocolate can also be used as a filling cream (for example, cream puffs, cakes)

Ingredients:
Sugar, modified starch, low-fat cocoa powder (14%), palm oil, dried glucose syrup, thickener (carrageenan, xanthan), milk protein, caramel powder, acidity regulator (diphosphates, sodium phosphates, calcium lactate), emulsifier (acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavour.
