Cream Dessert Chocolate

Rich and fluffy cream dessert with a pleasantly tart cocoanote, refined with fine, specially processed chocolate pieces.

Brown powder, for preparing a fluffy chocolate cream.

Application:
Cream dessert chocolate is suitable for preparing applyable chocolate cream. Cream dessert chocolate can also be used as a filling cream (for example, cream puffs, cakes)

Ingredients:
Sugar, modified starch, low-fat cocoa powder (14%), coconut oil, dry glucose syrup, acidity regulator (diphosphates, sodium phosphates, calcium lactate), milk protein, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickening agents (carrageenan, xanthan), caramel powder, flavour.
