Profiteroles Garnish

Traditionally made from choux pastry as garnish for soups and also for decoration.

Free from added flavour enhancers!

Specification:
Profiteroles are made of choux pastry and traditional Italian soup inlay. Use it as a soup inlay or  as garnish for cream soups.

Application:
golden soup inlay; 20 mm ø

Ingredients:
Eggs, wheat flour, palm oil, sunflower oil, corn starch, salt, flavoring.
