Classic rubbed dough soup with rich pasta made from the best wheat semolina and eggs. Refined with tasty vegetable and typical soup spices.

Without added flavour enhancer!

Specification:
Coarse mixture of riebeli (rubbed dough) and vegetable soup, for preparing a clear soup with garnish.

Application:
To produce a riebeli soup.

Ingredients:
Egg pasta [62.5%] (wheat semolina, eggs), maltodextrin, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), palm fat, dextrose, vegetables (carrots, onions, celery), seasoning, flavours, biologically digested wheat protein (wheat protein, salt), parsley, spice extract (contains celery), acidifiers (lactic acid), caramel, nutmeg, turmeric.
