Cep Cream Soup

Ceps, fine onions and typical spices and herbs turn this cream soup into a hearty, light starter.

Specification:
Fine pale powder with ceps to prepare a cep cream soup.

Application:
To produce a  cep mushroom cream soup.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, palm oil, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), modified starch, lactose, flavours, porcini mushrooms (1,7%), onions, milk protein, sugar, seasoning (soy), skimmed milk powder, thickener (locust bean gum, guar gum), parsley, spices (turmeric, nutmeg).
