Velvet smooth, sweet cream soup made of fruity carrots, refined with a hint of giner.

Cold swelling: suitable for cold and hot preparation! Free from main allergens! Free from added flavour enhancers!

Bright red powder, to prepare a fine-flavoured carrot soup.

Application:
To produce a carrot cream soup.

Ingredients:
Modified potato starch, palm fat, carrot powder (15.5%), iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), sugar, maltodextrin, flavouring, dried glucose syrup, yeast extract, thickener (xanthan gum, guar gum), ginger, acidifier (malic acid).
