Base for sauce bolognese
Traditional meat sauce tomato-based with onions and a hint of garlic, finely seasoned with oregano, bay leaf, basil and rosemary.
Contains everything except meat! Without major allergens! Without added flavour enhancers!
Mixture of tomatoes and other vegetables and typical Italian herbs. In the preparation of a base for Sc Bolognese results.
